RETARDER LR Cement retarder for low temperature

RETARDER LR is a modified lignosulfonate retarder for low to moderate temperatures 86-212°F (30-100°C). It can be used in cement slurries as either a dispersant in cement to increase compressive strength or as a retarder to delay the setting of the cement. RETARDER LR is available in free flowing powder form that may be dry blended with cement before mixing and liquid form that may be mixing with water. RETARDER LR is effective with all Portland cements and generally added in concentrations from 0.10 to 0.80% by weight of cement.

 

RITON HT-1 Cement retarder for medium and high temperature

RETARDER HT is a modified lignosulfonate retarder for moderate to high temperatures 176-302°F (80-150°C). It can be used in cement slurries as either a dispersant in cement to increase compressive strength or as a retarder to delay the setting of the cement. RETARDER HT is available in free flowing powder form that may be dry blended with cement before mixing and liquid form that may be mixing with water. RETARDER HT is effective with all Portland cements and generally added in concentrations from 0.20 to 0.80% by weight of cement.

 

RITON FT Cement retarder for low, medium and high temperature

RETARDER FT is the most powerful powder retarder. This material is widely used in offshore well-cementing applications and less used in onshore because of the low concentration required, difficulty of accurate measurement, and sensitivity to concentration. The advantage of RETARDER FT retarder is effectiveness at temperature from 86 to 410°F (30-210°C). RETARDER FT is effective with all Portland cements and generally added in small concentrations from 0.05 to 0.30 % by weight of cement.
